You can use this tab to set the events that happen when the sticker appears
on the desktop. For example, you can:
Start Programs
To run some programs/files when the sticker appears, you should do the following:
select the "Start Programs" checkbox - you will see a tab with the same label;
enter the name of an application and the path to it into the "File" field or use the "Browse..." button;
enter the parameters for running the application or the file (if needed) into the "Parameters" field;
make sure that the entered parameters are correct (the "Test Action" button)
use the "Add Action" button to add the selected file or application to the
"List of Applications".
Several programs and/or files can be started at the same time if they are added
to the "List of Applications". To remove files from the "List of Applications",
you should select the necessary record in the list and click the "Remove" button.

Open URL
To open a web site when a sticker is displayed, you should:
select the "Open URL" checkbox - you will see a tab with the same label;
enter the name of the web site into the "Web Site" field;
make sure that the entered data is correct (use the "Test Site" button);
use the "Add Site" button to add the selected site to the "List of Sites".
Several web sites can be opened at the same time if they are added to the
"List of Sites". To remove sites from "List of Sites", you should select the
necessary record in the list and click the "Remove site" button.
Note
All sites will be opened in separate windows (Internet Explorer only).
